eBAY TOP STAR loyalty program

In order to be part of ebay’s invite-only loyalty program for sneakers , prospective members have to first “prove” they are true sneakerheads. Then, if accepted, the’re invited to participate in a membership trial. This project required a custom-built microsite for the submission process, a sign-in member’s only experience with a personal dashboard for members to track their progress, and CRM streams for four different audiences.

PHASE 1:

Prospective members were invited to show off their sneaker collection for a chance to be selected to participate in a membership trial period. This phase included a microsite which required very specific UX copy in order to make the submission process seamless.
